FAQ

Asking for a quote

If you are interested in some of our products you can add them to the cart and send us a quote. The quantity that you need is very important in order to give you the correct price as prices may vary a lot depending on the quantity of the order. It is also important to specify whether you want FOB prices (the products to be delivered to the agreed port of shipment) or CIF prices (the products to be delivered to your place, which means that the cost of transfer of risk to the port of shipment and the cost of transfer from the port of destination will be included in the given price).

If you are interested in ordering something similar to our products you can send us an e-mail and we will look for it in the market.

Once we collect all the prices that you want, we will send you back a quotation where we will also specify an estimated delivery time.

Making an order

If you agree with our quotation and you want to make an order, we will send you a PROFORMA INVOICE with the products you want in order to sign it and return it back. The execution of the order will start from the moment you deposit the advance payment which is usually 30%-50% of the total net amount.

The products are always accompanied by the relative documentaries.

For all the orders, packaging costs are included in the price of the product, except if it is other stated.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the specific order and is stated on the Proforma Invoice. The most usual is 2-3 months (around 1 month the production and 1 month the transportation by ship).

PRAGMASSI does not recognize any possible responsibility in case of delay in the delivery of the products, if this happens due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and any other unconditional bias. In this case, the delivery date will be extended as long as the cause of the delay.

Delivery Methods

The products can be delivered either by air or by ship. This depends on the kind of the product and on the relative cost. Usually, the delivery is done by ship due to lower costs.
