Limitations of liability
In case that the execution of an order is impossible, PRAGMASSI has the right to resign and not implement it. If part of the cost has been collected, this will be returned immediately.
PRAGMASSI is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to normal extended use, misuse or careless unpacking.
Defective Products
In the unlikely case that you receive a defective or destroyed product, PRAGMASSI will make any effort to fix it or replace it with a same one or a similar one, without any extra cost for you. If the product is no longer available, we will replace it by another of the same value.
Order cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, the advance payment is not returned back and other charges may occur depending on the time of the cancellation.
Warranty
PRAGMASSI does not have any standard guarantee policy, as this depends on the kind of the product you choose and the warranty that the production factory gives.
